  • Generally for a single frame we're able to consult with you on your framing options and have everything ready to go in about 20 minutes. This will obviously vary depending on how many items you want to frame, and how decisive you are!

  • Don't worry, we got you. We always take time to teach our first timers what to do and how to do it. Our staff will assist you at every step, and just put you to work cleaning the glass of your frame, and closing it all up, dust free!

  • We are happy to frame your images for you, but we can’t do it on the spot. We charge an additional framing fee per image depending on size. The order will be added to our order queue and will be subject to our typical turnaround times.

  • Our typical turnaround time for custom orders is 2-3 weeks, though in quieter periods this may be closer to 5-10 days.

If you need to expedite an order, we can reduce this turnaround time with an additional Rush Fee.

  • Yes! We can cut custom mats to fit any size artwork on-the-spot. We have a huge selection of 40 colours always in stock.

  • Yes! We offer on-the-spot stringing for a small additional charge. If you would prefer wire, let us know.

  • Our largest frame size is A0 (841x1189mm). At this time we're not able to frame anything wider or taller than these dimensions.

  • We're able to stretch canvas up to 75"x75” (1905x1905mm).

  • Yes! As long as it is 813x1015mm or less. We kindly request that you bring in the whole frame you would like new glass for, and the artwork for anything you need a mat for so we can make sure it fits perfectly before you leave the store. (This also makes it much safer to transport)

  • No, we do not offer acrylic, perspex, or any kinds of UV/Non-reflective museum-grade glass. Our glass is 2mm standard float glass.

  • Yes! We use acid-free mat board, acid-free barrier paper and acid-free hinging tape to ensure your artworks are preserved in their original condition. However please note that we do not offer UV/Museum Grade/Non-reflective or ‘matte’ glass. We use 2mm standard float glass.

  • Maybe! If you purchased your frame from us and it has been damaged, we'll happily take a look.

  • Yes! We offer bonding on most artworks, but we will have to assess in-store as to whether or not your artwork is suitable for our bonding machine. Please note: The process is irreversible and therefore not recommended for high-value artworks. It is perfect for reproducible photographic prints or creased posters.

  • Bonding is a process that permanently attaches your artwork to acid-free foam-core in a heated vacuum press. The press is heated to 63°C and artwork is placed on a piece of foam-core with dry-glue on one side. As the press removes the air from the machine and the glue heats up, it bonds the artwork to the foam-core perfectly flat.

  • Our larger frames are fitted with a back sheet of 5mm acid free foam-core. This significantly reduces the weight over MDF backing boards.

  • No, we don’t frame any clothing or sports memorabilia.

  • Sorry about that! Feel free to send us an email via the contact form below. We generally reply within 1-2 business days.
